ABOUT US

Amazing Grace Widow and Orphans Tanzania is a Non-Governmental Organization-NGO, established with committed persons who had a one goal/objective in 2024 and registered 17/10/2024 and it obtained the registration number 00NGO/R/7621 under Tanzania NGO Act. No 24 of 2002.

AGWOT headquarters are located at Sinoni Ngarash Street Engutoto ward in Monduli District, Arusha Region.

We aim to align our programs to maximize the impact of our work on Child development & protection, Health promotion, Anti-girls trafficking, Child education and sponsorships, climate change adaptation & mitigation, entrepreneurships skills development, and Economic empowerment.

Children protection and development (Orphans & Street children)

Orphans: We aim to protect children through establishment of orphanage Centre to ensure children access to accommodation, education, health services, and livelihood improved.

Street children: We aim to promote education, health services, access to rights, and livelihood improved. We aim to provide childcare homes and child development.

Entrepreneurships skills development

We aim enhancing elders, disabled and widows aging 60 and above years on entrepreneurships skills trainings through conduct various skills trainings courses (Both softs’ skills and technical skills)

Climate change adaptation & mitigation

We aim to reduce impact of climate change especially on reduce, recycle and re-use wastewater after undergo water treatments

Anti-girls trafficking

We intentionally look at various parameters which promote the girls trafficking in the community and redress those causing factors by eliminating all form of girls’ rights discriminations.

Economic empowerment

We aim enhancing women, elders, disabled, and widows on entrepreneurship and business development skills so that they can start income generating activities, create self-employment and hence livelihood improved.
